Steven A. Gundy

As a graduate of J.J. Pearce High School in Richardson, TX, Steven continued his education at The University of Texas at Dallas, graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Steven has been working as an Investment Advisor Representative in Dallas since 1999. His professional investment related licenses include the Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 24 (General Securities Principal), Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent), and Series 65 (Uniform Investment Advisor). He also serves on the Board of Directors, Investment Committee (ALCO) and Loan Committee for a local community bank.

Steven resides in Plano with his wife Shanie, their two daughters, Sydney and Shea, and their dog Spark.

Arthur D. Salmon IV CFP®

Partner

Arthur began his finance career with the Irving, TX based broker / dealer H.D. Vest as a financial planning consultant in 1995 after graduating with a BS in Finance from Louisiana State University. He continued his career as a mutual fund, annuity, and separate accounts wholesaler for John Hancock Funds and has also held positions at Fidelity Investments, Farmers Financial Solutions (the investment broker/dealer for Farmers Insurance) and BBVA Compass Investment Solutions. In 2009 Arthur completed the CFP® Certification Curriculum, and in January of 2010 became a board Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). Arthur also holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, 24, 65 and 51 securities licenses in addition to the Texas life and health insurance license.

Arthur lives in Frisco with his wife Jennifer who has taught 1st grade in Plano since 1995. He enjoys spending time with family, friends and his dog Nemo. As well as staying busy with home improvement projects.

Kelly Kunst CFP®

Kelly Kunst completed her bachelor degree in education in 1992, and taught in both private and parochial schools for seven years. While teaching, she earned the Kohl Fellowship in Wisconsin for excellence in education. She transferred those teaching skills to her former career in medical sales, and now brings them to the field of wealth management. Kelly began her financial services career at Mass Mutual in 2009, and went on to serve clients at D.R. Saur Financial before joining the GS Wealth Management team in September of 2015.  Kelly completed the CFP® coursework in 2014 and became a Certified Financial Planner CFP® in 2014 as well.  Kelly holds the following FINRA licenses:  Series 6 (Investment Company and Variable Contracts Products Representative), Series 62 (Corporate Securities Representative), Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent), Series 65 (Uniform Registered  Investment Adviser ), Series 7 (General Securities Representative), and Series 22 (Direct Participation Programs) as well as the Group 1 (Texas life and health insurance license). Kelly founded and chairs Your Executive Symphony, an educational forum dedicated to the privately held business sector.

Kelly resides in Las Colinas Texas with her husband Howard and her two rescued dachshunds Chocolate and Nilly.

David Day

Financial Advisor

Born and raised in Dallas, TX, David graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Energy Commerce from Texas Tech University, where he was also the captain of the drumline. David has worked as a consultant and analyst in the oil and gas industry, as well as in the music industry and in tax consulting. Prior to joining the team, he was an investment analyst at a private family office. David holds his Series 65 (Uniform Investment Advisor) and Series 7 (General Securities Representative) licenses.

David resides in Plano with his wife Rachel and daughters McKenna and Lorelai. He enjoys playing guitar and spending time with his family.

Gal Perlmutter

Associate Vice President - Austin

Gal Perlmutter graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University in 1995. From 1995 to 2005 Gal held various account management and business development positions in corporate America.

In 2005 Gal began working as a financial advisor for Morgan Stanley, and after 12 years decided to move his practice to GS Wealth Management. Gal is focused on helping clients develop their financial goals and creating a plan to achieve them. His commitment to this mission is defined by three core principles: a consultative process to better understand clients’ values, goals, and priorities; distinctive capabilities for clear and approachable investment framework that is research-based, risk-managed and is tied to each client’s stated goals and needs; lastly service excellence with on-going monitoring and communication helping clients staying focused on their goals and allowing flexibility as their needs change.

Gal holds his Series 7 license (General Securities Representative), Series 66 (Combined Investment Advisory Agent & Uniform State Exam), Series 31 (Managed Futures and Commodities), and Group 1 license (Insurance).

Gal and his wife Jen live in Austin, TX and have been married for 18 years. They have three very active boys (Jared, Josh, and Jordan). They like to spend most of their time enjoying the outdoors or watching their kid’s sports events. Gal enjoys golfing, reading, hiking, biking, tennis, and swimming.

Howard B Watkins III

Associate Vice President

Howard Watkins, born in California and raised in Arkansas, attended the University of Arkansas as a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity and majored in Finance. After college he moved out to California where he obtained his brokerage license in 1989. A few years later he moved back to the south and took up residence in Texas.

Howard resides in Dallas with his wife, Dianne. They have two adult sons and a beautiful German Shepherd, Maximus, whom they adopted in 2013. Howard enjoys fine dining, playing tennis and golf, and going on long walks with Max.

Adin Ward

Financial Advisor

Adin Ward was raised in El Paso, Texas and attended Texas A&M University, where he earned his degree in Finance and Real Estate. After graduating, he moved to Dallas to begin his career in financial services.

Adin holds his Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 66 (Combined Investment Advisory Agent & Uniform State Exam), and Group 1 (Life and Health) Insurance licenses.

He currently resides in Downtown Carrollton and enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and staying active. When he’s not working with clients, Adin can often be found catching up with friends, spending time with loved ones, and exploring new parts of the Metroplex.  

Veyenise “V” De La Rosa

Office Administrator / Assistant to Steven Gundy

Veyenise, or “V” started in the financial industry as a customer service representative on the property and casualty side of insurance.  She was soon promoted to assist the vice president of the organization with daily reviews, reports, and property claims.  In addition she also ensured that technical issues and questions regarding enforced polices were properly addressed per state law.

“V” joined our team as the Office Manager and Administrator in April of 2014. She resides in Princeton, TX with her husband Joseph, and children Anthony, Joshua, and Isabelle. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as traveling.

Michelle Clark

Administrative Assistant / Assistant to Kelly Kunst

Michelle is an accomplished Administrative Assistant with a background in family law and the financial industry. She began her career as a Legal Secretary in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she developed strong organizational and administrative skills within the legal field. After relocating to Dallas, Texas, Michelle successfully transitioned into the financial sector, where she continues to demonstrate excellence, adaptability, and professionalism. 

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, caring for her cat, and attending concerts.
